Check-in and Check-out
Check-in is from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Guests arriving after 8:00 pm must call the hotel on the day of arrival at +33 4 94 76 13 12.
Check-out is before 11:00 am.

Room Access
Rooms are available from 2:00 pm .
Each room has a maximum permitted occupancy. Additional guests are not permitted to stay in the room.
The hotel reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone whose dress or behaviour is inappropriate, disrespectful or disruptive.

Accessibility
the hotel does not have a lift or rooms adapted for guests with reduced mobility. All guest rooms are located on the upper floors.

Tourist Tax
Tourist tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid at the hotel.

Booking Conditions
Payment cards provided as a booking guarantee may be subject to pre-authorisation before arrival.
If a payment card is invalid or pre-authorisation is declined, the hotel may request a new payment guarantee within a specified time limit.
If no valid guarantee is provided within that time, the reservation may be cancelled in accordance with the booking conditions accepted by the guest.

Cancellation, Changes and Early Departure

Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before the scheduled arrival date.
Requests to change a reservation are subject to availability and may result in a price adjustment.
After the free cancellation deadline, in the event of late cancellation or a no-show, the full amount of the booked stay will be payable.
In the event of an interrupted stay or early departure, all booked nights remain payable. No refund will be given for unused nights, in accordance with the booking conditions accepted by the guest.

Children and Extra Beds
Children under 2 years old stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
Baby cot: €20 per night.
Extra bed (for children up to 12 years old): €25 per night.
Only one baby cot or extra bed per room, subject to availability.

Pets
Only dogs weighing less than 10 kg are accepted, for an additional charge of €10 per day . Only one dog is permitted per room.
Other pets are not allowed.
In the event of significant soiling requiring exceptional cleaning or disinfection, additional charges of up to €50 may apply, depending on the work required.
Any damage caused by the dog may also be charged, upon presentation of supporting documentation.

Hotel Services

Breakfast
Breakfast is served:
- 7:30 am to 10:00 am on weekdays.
- 8:00 am to 10:00 am  on weekends and public holidays.
Served indoors or on the terrace, depending on the season. Please book by the previous day.

Bar
Open daily from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm

Swimming Pool
Our seasonal outdoor swimming pool is open from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm .
The swimming pool is unsupervised and reserved exclusively for hotel guests.
On the day of departure, pool access is no longer permitted after 11:00 am.

Parking
Parking spaces cannot be reserved and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Free parking is available in the hotel's private parking area and in public parking areas close to the hotel, subject to availability.

Housekeeping
Daily housekeeping takes place between 9:00 am and 12:00 pm .
If the room is not accessible during these hours, housekeeping cannot be provided.

Restrictions and Safety
The hotel is entirely non-smoking. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in guest rooms and all indoor areas.
If this rule is breached, exceptional cleaning and deodorising costs of up to €100 may be charged, depending on the work actually required.
The use of gas-powered appliances, including camping stoves, is strictly prohibited in guest rooms for safety reasons.

Liability and Personal Belongings
Guests are advised to take care of their luggage and personal belongings, particularly in communal areas.
The hotel accepts no liability for items left unattended, except where liability is imposed by the applicable French legal provisions governing hoteliers (Articles 1952 et seq. of the French Civil Code).

Damage and Missing Items
Any damage caused by a guest to a room or communal area may be charged at the cost of repair or replacement, upon presentation of supporting documentation.
Missing towels, linen or room equipment may be charged at replacement cost.
If a key is lost, the necessary replacement costs will be charged to the guest.

Noise and Guest Comfort
To ensure a peaceful stay for everyone, guests must respect the tranquillity of the hotel and avoid excessive noise, particularly between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am .
In the event of noisy, aggressive or disruptive behaviour, the hotel may require the guest to stop the disturbance immediately.
In cases of serious or repeated misconduct, the hotel reserves the right to take appropriate measures, including requiring the guest to leave the premises, in accordance with applicable law.
Commercial activities in guest rooms are prohibited without prior authorisation from the hotel.

The hotel's internal rules are also available in the guest information booklet provided in the rooms.
In the event of serious or repeated breaches of hotel rules, the hotel reserves the right to require the guest to leave the premises, in accordance with applicable law.

Consumer Mediation
In the event of a dispute between the hotel and a consumer, both parties shall endeavour to reach an amicable settlement.
If no amicable agreement can be reached, the consumer may refer the dispute, free of charge, to the consumer mediator appointed by the hotel, namely Avenir Conso, within one year of submitting a written complaint to the hotel.
