THE RECEPTION CLOSES AT 8.00pm
If you need to arrive at the hotel after 8 p.m., it is essential to call us on +33 4 94 76 13 12 to obtain the necessary information on day of arrival.
No arrival is possible after 8 p.m. without having contacted us first.

Terms of cancellation & modification
In case of cancellation or modification up to 7 days before the date of arrival, the hotel does not charge a charge on the credit card provided. In the event of a late cancellation or modification, the hotel will charge the total amount of the reservation from the credit card provided. In the event of a no-show, the hotel will charge the total amount of the reservation from the credit card provided.

Children and extra bed
All children under 2 years old stay free of charge when using existing bedding in their parents' room.
All children under 2 years are charged € 15 per night per person for cots.
All older children up to 12 years old are charged € 20 per night per person for the use of extra beds.
The maximum number of extra beds or cots in a room is 1.
As the number of extra beds and baby cots is limited, please contact us.

Pets
Pets are admitted with a supplement of 10 €. One animal per room

Credit cards accepted
Visa, Euro / Mastercard, Carte Bleue.
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the credit card before the date of arrival.

HOTEL NON-SMOKING
We do not have an elevator and facilities for accommodating people with reduced mobility (disabled room, etc.)
Reception & Bar open every day from 7:30 am to 8:00 pm and until 9:00 pm July & August.

Disputes
After reporting at the service reception of the hotel and failing a satisfactory answer within 1 month, the customer can contact the Tourism and Travel Mediator whose contact details and referral procedures are available on his website: www.mtv.travel
