Information and General Terms of Sale
Arrival and Departure We welcome you between 2:00 PM and 8:00 PM , in an atmosphere designed to make your arrival smooth and pleasant. For any arrival after 8:00 PM, please call us the same day at +33 4 94 76 13 12 so we can prepare your check in. Departure is required before 11:00 AM to ensure each room is perfectly prepared for the next guest.
Room Access Your room is available from 2:00 PM , carefully prepared for your comfort. Each room accommodates a specific number of guests; for safety and quality of stay, additional occupants are not permitted. The hotel reserves the right to refuse access to guests whose clothing or behavior is inappropriate, disruptive, or contrary to good morals and public order.
Accessibility Our establishment does not have an elevator or facilities adapted for people with reduced mobility (no accessible rooms, non compliant access). In addition, we do not offer any ground floor rooms. Thank you for your understanding.
Tourist Tax The tourist tax, not included in the room rate, is payable on site.
Reservation Conditions All credit cards are pre authorized prior to arrival. An invalid card will result in the cancellation of the reservation.
Cancellation, Modification & Interruption of Stay You may cancel or modify your reservation free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. After this period, or in case of no show, the full amount of the stay is due. If your stay is interrupted or you depart early, the total number of reserved nights remains due. Late arrivals or early departures do not entitle guests to any refund.
Children & Extra Beds Children under 2 years old stay free when using existing bedding. Baby cot: €20 per night Extra bed (up to 12 years old): €25 per night One baby cot or one extra bed per room, subject to availability.
Pets Dogs under 10 kg are welcome with a €10 supplement. One dog per room. In case of damage or significant soiling, a €50 bacterial cleaning fee may be applied.

Breakfast
A carefully prepared breakfast is served:• 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM on weekdays• 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM on weekends & bank holidaysServed indoors or on the terrace, depending on the season. (Advance booking required the day before)
Bar Open daily from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM , and until 9:00 PM in July and August.
Swimming Pool Our seasonal outdoor pool is open from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM , offering a peaceful moment of relaxation. It is unsupervised and reserved exclusively for hotel guests. On the day of departure, access is not permitted after 11:00 AM .
Housekeeping Daily housekeeping is carried out between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM . If the room is not accessible during this time, the service cannot be provided.
Car Park Parking spaces cannot be reserved. Allocation is strictly on a first come, first served basis. Parking is always available, either in the hotel’s private car park or in the public car park located in front of the hotel. Both parking areas are free of charge.
Smoking & Safety The entire establishment is non smoking (Decree of January 2, 2008). A €100 penalty will be applied in case of violation.The use of gas appliances (camp stoves, etc.) is strictly prohibited in the rooms.
Liability & Personal Belongings The reception cannot be held responsible for luggage or personal items left in public areas.
Damages Any damage caused by the guest is subject to civil liability. Missing items such as towels, bathmats, pillows, duvets, etc., will be charged. Lost room keys will be billed at the current replacement rate.Noise & Tranquility To preserve the peace of all guests, please avoid noise disturbances, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Any disruptive behavior may result in expulsion, in accordance with articles R.1334 30 and R.1334 31 of the French Public Health Code. Commercial activities are strictly prohibited in the rooms.
Enforcement of the Rules All reservations imply acceptance of these terms and the hotel’s internal regulations. In case of non compliance, the hotel may require the guest to leave the premises without compensation.
